Quality Living Made Simple has been here since February 2012. I focused on spreading the message of simple things that we can do to improve our quality of life.
Over time, I began feeling a change. It was very slight. I didn’t really even notice until the end of 2014.
Part of the change began when I wrote and published my book, Leave Nothing Undone, in December 2013. It goes through 13 key lessons I learned from studying the life of Joshua is Scripture. One of those keys is based on Joshua 1:8, which is the only verse in the Bible to use the word “success.”
Through a long process of brainstorming, talking to others, and praying, I came up with the Success Road.
At first, I was thinking, “road to success,” but, as I began thinking more about it, I came to realize that that statement implies that success is a destination – a place of finality. But that’s not really what success is. A person doesn’t stop when they “reach success,” they keep going. This brought me to the conclusion:
Success is a journey, not a destination.
Quality Living Made Simple has moved to Success Road. All of the past blog posts and podcast episodes are still here, but the new material can be found at TheSuccessRoad.com or JoshuaRivers.net. I will periodically update the site here to improve the look of everything and make things (hopefully) easier to find.
I thank you for your time and hope to connect with you at the new site!
